HISTORY

& MISSION

HISTORY

Jes LeRe Hama offers a fresh perspective and new ideas, access to cutting edge technology and essential resources that will benefit communities to propel its citizens into a greater awareness of business and self-improvement opportunities.
Some of the programs offered by JLRH have successfully been implemented by organizations in many other regions. Therefore, by replicating these programs, JLRH operates as a catalyst, which ignites the spirit of purpose in the lives of individuals.

The Jes LeRe Hama Corporation (JLRH) is a not-for-profit 501 © (3) public benefit organization founded in 1997 by Marlon C Reid (named in honor of his parents, the late Jesse Lee and Hattie Mae Reid.) to transform distressed and underserved communities.

Born and raised in Marianna, Arkansas, Marlon realized early in life that he lived in a community with unmet needs. He saw those needs and worked tirelessly to find a solution to change the social and economic status of a region.
