Our goals for the JLRH Preservation Project in The State of Arkansas are to clean and help restore the integrity of Lee, St. Francis, Phillips County, and all communities in Arkansas.
As the program grows, it will expand throughout the Mid-South and around the Globe.
This program will serve and cater to communities of 5,000 to 50,000 residents in Marianna, Forrest City and Helena, Arkansas (Lee, Phillips and St. Francis County) rural areas (Located off Hwy 1 and Hwy 79) in which the majority of the population is elderly.  Jes LeRe Hama Corp. wants to keep the community clean for the elderly and those who are not able to do so for themselves.
JLRH will target our areas of focus by accessing each county in the areas in which the counties do not have the resources to provide moving or clean up services.  This is done by driving through neighbors and speaking with the people of those communities and making inform decisions.

JLRH will have restored and brought back an appealing presence to rural communities that were once abandoned.  With the help of donors, JLRH will have created 50 new jobs.  JLRH believes that the preservation project in rural communities will be an attraction for those who want to move back to the area.   Overgrown grass and brush in ditches and lots will no longer be an eye sore.  There will be less crime and drug activities in areas that are maintained and have constant presence.  We believe that the JLRH Preservation Project will leave a lasting impression in once neglected rural areas.

JLRH will begin acquiring equipment immediately!
(Grass cutting will be weekly.)
Starting at 6:00 am until 3:00 pm weekly.

JLRH Scope of Work for the Community Preservation & Revitalization Project is for Twelve (12) months in Lee, Phillips, and St. Francis Counties from January 1 thru December 31.
Serving 3 Counties: Lee, St. Francis, and Phillips Counties in Arkansas.
This program will be duplicated throughout the United State.
