The Jes LeRe Hama Corporation (JLRH) is a not-for-profit 501 © (3) public benefit organization founded in 1997 by Marlon C Reid (named in honor of his parents, the late Jesse Lee and Hattie Mae Reid.) to transform distressed and underserved communities.
Born and raised in Marianna, Arkansas, Marlon realized early in life that he lived in a community with unmet needs. He saw those needs and worked tirelessly to find a solution to change the social and economic status of a region.

Marlon C. Reid is the Founder and President of the Jes LeRe Hama Corporation. Jes LeRe Hama (JLRH) is a not-for-profit 501 © (3) public benefit organization founded in 1997 by Marlon C Reid (named in honor of his parents, the late Jesse Lee and Hattie Mae Reid.) to transform distressed and underserved communities.
Born and raised in Marianna, Arkansas, Marlon realized early in life that he lived in a community with unmet needs. He saw those needs and worked tirelessly to find a solution to change the social and economic status of a region.
Marlon C Reid attended Phillips County Community College of the University of Arkansas and graduated with an Associates of Arts Degree in May of 1996.
To expand his knowledge in the building and construction industry, Marlon studied and received his (BC) General Contractor License in 2005. This license carries a professional certification to perform building in all construction sectors.
Over the years, he has designed and performed several building projects both residential and commercial. In 2015, Marlon continued building his platform and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Tennessee and Arkansas as a Land Professional.
To become a recognized global building firm, Marlon has aligned Brace, Inc with other large construction firms as a Joint Venture Partnership to collaborate building The New Mid-South Vision Project.
