Over the years, he has designed and performed several building projects both residential and commercial.  In 2015, Marlon continued building his platform and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Tennessee and Arkansas as a Land Professional.

To become a recognized global building firm, Marlon has aligned Brace, Inc with other large construction firms as a Joint Venture Partnership to collaborate building The New Mid-South Vision Project.
