The Jes LeRe Hama Corporation (JLRH) is a not-for-profit 501 © (3) public benefit organization founded in 1997 by Marlon C Reid (named in honor of his parents, the late Jesse Lee and Hattie Mae Reid.) to transform distressed and underserved communities.
Born and raised in Marianna, Arkansas, Marlon realized early in life that he lived in a community with unmet needs. He saw those needs and worked tirelessly to find a solution to change the social and economic status of a region.

TECHNOLOGY
Our goals for Jes LeRe Hama’s Technology, Education, Business & Economics (TEBE) program is to build upon an existing infrastructure that already exist in largely populated areas. JLRH wants to offer the same opportunity to rural areas that are readily available in and surrounding metropolis areas.
The JLRH plans to implement programs with an emphasis on teaching skills in the technology, education, business, and economics. We will provide space and revenue for participants to engage in 12 to 18 months of professional training to obtain a skill with proper certification.
JLRH will partner with Fortune 500 companies which will enable individuals to acquire skills in new technology, investment strategies, money management, and more by utilizing assets and available resources from such companies.
Our focus will be to make these programs available in areas that have been deemed rural and impoverished.
JLRH will have succeeded in bringing Corporate America to unestablished rural areas where it can expand its company and global reach.
